Тема данной серии: как достичь того легкого импровизационного самочувствия, которое необходимо для создания полноценного образа на сцене. Что мешает нам быть естественными? Тело или разум? Какой треннинг поможет нам освободиться от зажимов и чувствовать себя уверенно на сцене, в офисе или во время презентаций? Приходите узнать и попробовать себя. Серия состоит из 8 занятий по понедельникам 6.30рм - 8.30рм. Занятия проводятся на русском и английском языках. Стоимость серии - $330. Занятия ведет – Тайлер Полумски. Theatre33 is launching its next series of acting classes for adults “The Improvisational State: Cultivating a Sense of Freedom in Body, Mind and Spirit.” The goal of the series is to develop skills necessary to create a believable character through achieving an improvisational state. What hinders our ability to be natural on stage? Is it the mind or the body? This training session will help conquer muscle and body tension, feel confident everywhere - on the stage, in the office and during presentations. Join us and explore your capabilities. Session includes 8 classes, Mondays 6:30-8:30 pm, bilingual instruction. The cost is $330/session. Instructor – Tyler Polumsky. Tyler Polumsky has worked professionally as an actor, director, producer, musician, scenic designer, and teacher. He found his true creative voice and artistic aesthetic studying acting and directing with the late Mark Weil at the Ilkhom Theatre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. During his nearly 10 years in Tashkent, he became the first and only American to work in Ilkhom’s Main Ensemble, performing in the standing repertoire and touring with the group to Russia, France, Poland, Japan, The United States, and elsewhere. As a Master Teacher in the Ilkhom Theatre School of Drama, he taught acting (M. Chekhov, Stanislavski, Vakhtangov, Grotowski), plasticas (Physical Improvisation and Biomechanics), and elocution (English and Russian). As Assistant Master, he taught Lecoq Methods (masks, clown, buffoonery), fencing and acrobatics, voice, and theatre history. Since returning to Seattle in 2012, Tyler has worked with The Seagull Project, appearing in The Seagull, The Three Sisters, and The Cherry Orchard. He has taught with Freehold, presented workshops and master classes at the University of Washington, and taught and directed at Cornish College of the Arts.
