Constellations

Season 2025-2026

Theatre33’s Award-Winning Production of Constellations

One Final Performance Before Edinburgh Fringe

Before this celebrated production travels to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, we are offering one last opportunity to experience it here at home.

After winning multiple top honors at the WA State Community Theatre Association’s Kaleidoscope Festival (February 16, 2025) and taking First Place at the Region IX AACT Festival (March 29, 2025), Constellations continues its extraordinary journey — now heading to the international stage.

This final performance is your chance to see the production that will represent our region abroad.

Every choice creates a universe. Every moment leaves another behind. A conversation begins. Then begins again – slightly changed. In Constellations, moments repeat, fracture and overlap. Time bends. Possibility multiplies. What seems ordinary slips, subtly, into something else. A relationship is tested not by what happens, but by what might have happened – and by what still could.

Witty, intimate and gently disarming, Constellations invites you to lean in, notice the smallest changes and wonder how many versions of a single moment might be happening right now – just out of reach.

This play is about how imbalance as a scientific principle mirrors the imbalance of human emotions. This play is about how the science of imbalance is nothing like the imbalance of human emotions. Kathy Pingel, Region IX AACT Festival Adjudicator

…exquisitely crafted and beautifully performed… What Marianna Chebotaryova has accomplished… is quite an achievement… With Constellations, Theatre33 proves that sometimes the best theatre can be found in the smallest places. Magnificently designed, soulfully acted, and superbly put together… The Sound on Stage

This spellbinding, romantic journey begins with a simple encounter between a man and a woman. What unfolds defies the boundaries of the world we think we know — exploring infinite possibilities, parallel realities, and the fragile space between choice and destiny.

Intimate. Intelligent. Heart-achingly human.

See it here — before it crosses the ocean.
