Theatre33 offers flexible rental spaces in Bellevue for workshops, classes, rehearsals, meetings, performances, and special events.
Available spaces include the Studio33 community room and classrooms, the Theatre33 reception area, and our intimate black box theatre. Individual spaces may be rented by the hour, or you can reserve the entire Theatre33 or Studio33 facility for larger events and productions.
Located in Bellevue’s BelRed Arts District, our spaces are convenient for artists, instructors, organizations, and community groups from across the Eastside and Greater Seattle area.
We also offer birthday party packages and can help host your special celebration at Theatre33—voted “Best in the Pacific Northwest” by Seattle Times readers.

In the Studio33, we have plastic folding chairs and the Theatre33 Black Box has padded chairs, light and music systems with 2 wireless microphones. Other props and costumes can be rented separately.
