For every production, especially when it is a historical piece, there comes that magical moment when the actors try on costumes. With it, comes endless fuss and confusion within the rehearsals :). Someone cannot make it around the furniture without catching their skirt, another can't wave their hand as the sleeve makes it impossible, even the simple steps become a challenge. And what magnifies this even more is when our actors are teens who are used to spending days in t-shirts and shorts. Yet now they need pants and shirt and frock coats and a wig that itches and slips :). Thus, it is always wise to dedicate a whole rehearsal to settling into the costume. After all, properly wearing your costume is an important detail in creating the character. But besides all the fuss, excitement, complaints and laughter, something else happens, something rather important - the reality of the upcoming premier becomes tangible and inevitable. Luckily, our young actors have a few more weeks to perfect the text of the great master - Carlo Goldoni.
В каждом спектакле, особенно если это исторический материал, наступает тот волшебный момент - примерка костюмов. Сколько это вносит суеты и неразберихи в репетицию :). Кто-то не может пройти мимо мебели, не зацепив юбкой, кто-то взмахнуть рукой - рукав не пускает, ступеньки становятся особенной пробемой... И все это умножается во сто крат, если актеры - подростки, привыкшее бегать в футболке и шортах - а тут надо и брюки, и рубашку, и камзол, и парик, который чешется и сползает)) Так что всегда мудро отвести на это целую репетицию: в конце концов умение носить костюм - не последняя деталь в создании образа. Но помимо всей суеты, восторгов, жалоб и смеха, происхдит еще одна важная вещь - актеры начинают ощущать реальность выпуска спектакля. Вдруг приходит понимание, что сколько веревочке не виться... Хорошо, что у наших юных актеров есть еще несколько недель, чтоб совладать с текстом великого мастера - Карло Гольдони.
