My name is Viktoriya Little. I’ve been drawn to theatre since I was about 12 years old. Unfortunately, after immigrating, I wasn’t able to stay involved in theatre for many years. But once I found it again, it quickly became a big part of who I am. I’ve been with Scarlet Sails Cultural Foundation since 2019—first as a student, and then as part of the theatre community.

I'm a civil engineer and have spent my entire career doing what I love: designing construction projects. For many years, as a member of the Russian Foundation for the Arts, I have served as one of the key organizers behind various cultural events in Portland, OR—including concerts, gatherings, and festivals.

I am from Sankt Petersburg, engineer by training. Since childhood, I have loved theater. I performed in amateur productions at school and in college, but the professional actor has always remained a mystery to me. It’s not just a person who “acts.” It is both a mirror and a guide—someone who lives other lives in order to convey something important to the audience.

I was born in Montreal, QC, Canada. I am a sports medicine physician. I have always been interested in theater, participating in many productions before moving to USA. I found the Seagulls (French theater troupe) when I moved in the pacific NW and joined them in 2019. Acters shave left and come and we decided to create a new group : EN:CORE. We are doing our productions at Theater 33 and we have a close connection to them .

I first got into acting, by doing my schools musical in 6th grade, Beauty and the Beast, and by taking Theatre33 classes!

In March 2025, I finally decided to face my fear of performing in front of people—and it changed everything. Through roles like Paulo at BITFest2026, I’ve learned to embrace vulnerability, trust the process, and use nervous energy as fuel. Theatre has become a way to discover parts of myself I didn’t know existed—and I couldn’t be happier I took that step.

Well, I really do not like these kinds of questions. Doing this only because I have to :) Me… a doer… don’t know how to rest… was a scientist by day until the theater took the center stage of my life and I’m sort of going with the flow and riding the wave. If I do something - I give it my all, otherwise, I don’t see a point in doing it.
