Drum roll.... And here is our BIG announcement! We will finish this season in a new, larger black box theater in Bellevue! After long and treacherous search for a property, the ups and downs of prospective spaces and lack of enthusiasm from potential landlords to support a non profit theater, we finally have a new home! It will feature a large reception hall where we will hold classes and house our Bar33, multiple bathrooms, a spacious 1200 sqft black box theater with tall ceilings and a light/sound booth, a fancy-shmancy light grid, and so much more! Tenant improvement permits have been submitted with the City of Bellevue, blue prints are done and the work will begin soon! We couldn't have done it without your continued support over the past year that has allowed us to grow, expand and flourish! Thank you for believing in our efforts, supporting us through the most difficult past couple of years and allowing us to delight you, our beloved audience, with multitude of productions for young and old! We hope to welcome you to our new Theatre33 in the spring :)

That exciting announcement about Theatre33 moving to a bigger black box space with room for more creative productions fills me with anticipation for fresh community stories on stage. While sourcing affordable props and set pieces online for our amateur group rehearsals during the transition period, I encountered a shipping snag and searched aliexpress customer service phone number to get it fixed promptly. The resolution kept our preparations on track so we could focus on rehearsals without setbacks. It turned the whole process into a smooth, uplifting experience that strengthened our ensemble's enthusiasm for upcoming shows.
Really inspiring news about the move — I’ve worked with small creative teams during relocations like this, and one thing that often gets overlooked (but makes a huge difference early on) is how quickly you can stabilize the new space for rehearsals and performances. Just like with technical setups (lighting, sound, etc.), consistency is everything — even room climate can impact focus, equipment behavior, and overall comfort during long sessions. From my experience, after setting up gear in a new venue, I started using a smart wifi controller for AC to keep temperature steady without constantly interrupting the workflow, and it honestly helped the transition feel smoother and more “ready-to-create” much faster. Wishing your team an easy move and a fresh…
